We had such a great experience on a Saturday afternoon! All employees were very friendly, they made sure we felt comfortable on the boat prior to departure, and even called my cell phone after we had left and applied a veteran discount that they previously overlooked. We were expecting some mild showers and they made sure that we knew we'd only get charged for the time we were out (assuming we may end early) The weather held and it was a great experience! We certainly will be booking through their team again, would give 10 stars if I could. Two hours was plenty of time to see all of Tampa Bay by boat, we went to Davis Island, Armature Works, and saw everything we wanted to., Our group rented from eBOATS TAMPA for a sunset ride during our visit to Tampa for a conference. We worked with Andrew on the whole experience and it was AWESOME! He set up everything with us immediately and efficiently, he communicated with us prior to our boat ride about weather outlook to make any adjustments to our timeframe for the best experience, he prepared our boat and provided coolers and ice and gave excellent directions and guidance. I can't recommend him enough. This was such a fun experience. When going with a group, it's very affordable and so worth it. Work with Andrew if you can, you'll be in good hands! He set the tone for us from the start that this was going to be a fun memory. We're still talking about it the next day. I'm recommending this to anyone that is doing a trip to Tampa!, We really enjoyed our boat tour around tampa today. We have lived in Tampa for 20 years and never done this but we will be back again very soon. The boat was great, fun to drive and several different places you could visit and see as you went. The company was awesome. They took our reservation online and the boat was ready and waiting for us when we got there at 10. Thomas helped us get our directions and showed us how to operate the boat. He was super nice and friendly. Thanks again. We will be back soon., What a fun event! We went at night to be able to see the sunset. Andrew was so pleasant to work with. He gave us detailed directions about where to go and safety guidelines. It had rained, about 30 minutes earlier, and he went above and beyond to make sure our boat was dry and comfortable for our group!
