If you are looking for a jet ski rental THIS IS THE ONE. The sweetest family owns and operates the whole show. We loved meeting dad, brother and two sisters! We did the guided tour with snorkeling - highly recommend. Janette checked us in and was such a pleasure to talk to. She made the process of getting checked it quick and easy. Then Janelle took us on our tour in the clear blue water, through the mangroves and to the sandbar. She took photos for us so that we could leave our phones safely behind then she airdropped them to us after! Any questions we had they answered and were helpful start to finish. The only negative is that they couldn’t join us for a beer after!!, Joshua and Janette were fantastic! We took the jet ski tour today and had a blast! Our day exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip to Islamorada this year! Definitely worth the money and the trip was longer than advertised. Fantastic trip!, Jenelle was an awesome tour guide! We had so much fun and they really met our expectations! She gave us really good restaurant recommendation and they had really cute nails. Really recommend the jet skis were a BLAST💦, Rented a boat last minute with Josh and Emilio. The staff was great. Josh helped us into the boat and was really nice. Emilio showed us how to get to the sandbar and the lighthouse. He parked the boat for us as the slips are tight. The boat was well used but it got us to where we were going and functioned. Staff was way nicer than other staff with boat rental companies. Would rent again., We went on a jet ski tour with Janelle and had a BLAST. It's so worth it. She gives very clear instructions and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. We rode across a section of the ocean (wild ride!), into the bay (smooth and easy to zip across), and through some mangroves. She offered to let us swim for a bit, but we were all about the jet skis. She was even kind enough to take pictures of us out on the ocean. If you need a temporary boating license, get that done beforehand so you can dive right in.
