The experience renting from here was excellent. Be sure to arrive early, like they ask, so you can get all checked in. Parking was challenging across the street, so we were given a pass for the lot down the street which really helped. Josie checked us in and she was warm, welcoming, and helpful. We loaded up, and Josie explained everything from safety to recommendations where we can go snorkeling. She even helped get it up on the GPS so we could just take off and go. She was patient and helped guide us out of the dock. The return was just as easy. She helped guide us in, helped unload, and got us checked out. I would highly recommend them for rentals if you're down in the Keys. The location was a great jumping off point for either the Gulf or the Atlantic., They were friendly on the phone and got me setup for a full day rental. When I arrived there were other people being checked in so I had to wait to be attended too. No biggie I am patient. I made it to alligator reef and huge storms rolled in. The waves picked up and I notified them I have to come back in. I asked for half day rental price which was maybe $100 refund and they refused. They wouldn't do anything to help me. I don't care what the policies say. I own a business and I always do what's right for the customer. I didn't ask for much and I was kind to the person who helped me. I gave it 2 stars because the boat functioned fine., I did quite a bit of research to find this company and I'm so glad we went with them! Definitely a nice boat with plenty of space! Had a banging sound system and plenty of shade from the awning. The main thing I appreciated was they had a navigation system setup that had each cool place around the keys bookmarked (sand bars, telephone tower, mangroves, etc.) and you just needed to follow the instructions! It was my bf's first time driving a bigger boat in the ocean and the navigation device made it a breeze. Definitely WAY better than paying $120.00 per person to go on some tour with strangers that only takes you to one specific place for the tour. We rented the boat for 8 hours and saw it all! To top it off, it was really affordable. I mean, $625.00 for deck boat for 12 people for 8 hours? Can't beat that! Also have to point out how awesome Tom was! We were running late for our reservation and he kindly waited for us to get there even though he had a really long morning! That was so appreciated! He also made sure to take his time explaining the functions of the boat and made sure no one had any questions before letting us take off! Customer service = 10/10. Overall, great experience. Was truly a main highlight of our trip to the Keys, quite possibly the best thing we did!, Super easy and fun experience. The crew had great recommendations for sandbars and reefs. Family had a great time we saw dolphins and sea turtles!, Me and my friend had such a great day in the water thanks to this guys, they got me in and out fast and Devin made sure all my questions were answered before i go. Boat was clean and ready to go when i got there. I would def go with them again.
