Took out the Everglades Center Console for the day and it handled like a dream! Paradise has the best boats for rent in great condition. Shane was very helpful and had me all set up for fishing. He also recommended some fishing spots that turned out to be great along with tips and areas to check out. It was so easy to navigate out of the channel to the open waters on the Ocean and Bay side. It was a perfect trip to a perfect day! Thanks Paradise Watersports for making my trip to Marathon, FL a memorable one! I'll certainly be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the Florida Keys!, We had the most wonderful experience today. Rented a 25 foot powerboat with really no notice and had a great booking process. Picking up the boat was a breeze and we opted for the gas refill by the company that was super convenient and very fairly priced. All around great service, great people, the boat was top notch and we had an awesome time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a class A company to deal with., Our two star rating is due to the shoddy condition of the boat which we rented and it’s vast difference for what was pictured vs. the MUCH HIGHER price than offered by their competitors. We rented the 24’ Everglades. Of note were the ripped and falling off cushions (literally every one). We were told that a recent renter returned them like this—but this was very clearly from wear/tear of cushions which should have been replaced years ago. The stereo of the boat either didn’t work or the person renting us the boat didn’t know how to address the issue. Same goes for the GPS — the employee didn’t know how to operate what otherwise seemed like a basic malfunction of the boat. Although not a huge issue for us (since I called morning of the rental), the pickup location was moved about ten miles to the south. This was inconsistent with the several emails received on the rental in the days before. Overall was really disappointed for the high premium we paid for the boat in relation to their competitors and the lackluster communication/knowledge of this company., OCEANS OF FUN! What a great way to really experience the beauty of the Keys. We saw various fish, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, turtles, jellyfish and many birds, but the best…the sunrises & sunsets! There’s not a better view than from YOUR boat!! We rented the Stingray for 4 days and the Scout for 2. They were quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait for our next vacation…we’ll be back!, We rented the pontoon boat from Grassy Key Marina. The staff showed up on time and went through the boat. The boat was underpowered. The radio did not work. The boat stalled after periods of idle and had to be primed and restarted. Would rent from paradise again but not that boat since we did not know if it would make it back to the marina. Tough to be at the sandbar without music. Lol
