Ken at the reception desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jeff and Kyle we great. Clear and concise instructions but made everything fun and enjoyable for everyone. Saw potential situations early making sure we were all safe and to add to this, my daughter and friend came off after hitting and unexpectedly big wave. Jeff stopped everyone as soon as he knew a ski was out of place and from what I heard from the girls, he was very professional to ensure their safety and assist them back to their ski. We got as much experience as anyone would want and your staff was awesome at every step. Congratulations on being able to provide that type of service and experience. The speed was exhilarating, and we got to off board the jet ski in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Highly recommended., The reception staff and our tour guide did an excellent job! They were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins. Only critical point: excessive paperwork., Such a great jet ski tour! Our tour guide, Landon was great. Very clear expectations and instructions. We had a blast and will 100% take another tour when we come back to Key West!! Fury is a great water sports outfitter!, A possibility of disappointment because of communication and scheduling conflict turned out to be one of the best experiences We have ever had. Ken took care of the scheduling and was able to get us in a day earlier for our jetski tour. From that point Ben took care of us and with every passing minute it continued to get better. Ben is amazing as a down to earth friendly guy, and as a guide, doesn't get any better! You leave the dock with a pretty happy tour guide and 1 trip around Key West, come back in with a new friend.
