They were able to fit us in super last minute after the original company we booked with had to cancel due to mechanical issues. The staff were super experienced and helpful. We saw lots of cool fish including a nurse shark. I really enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a super long ride to get out to the reef and we got to visit a couple different spots., Did a 2 tank dive today with 2 friend. ALYSSA WAS AWESOME!! The entire staff was uncommonly friendly helpful courteous and knowledgeable especially about the smdofferent sites. They provided us with the amazing Alyssa as a dive master who went down with us which not all companies provide. Max depth was 30ft and conditions were amazing. Most importantly in a time where everything is over priced the experience we paid for was more than fair my only regret is that I can't dive with them again tommorow!!, Captain Hooks is our favorite dive charter whenever we're down in the Keys. The staff and crew make us feel welcome to the point that we feel like family. Clean, safe boats, skilled crews and dive masters..just really awesome people. You can't go wrong going out with them. Lisa, Val, Skylar, Maddie, Shelby, Steven, Lynne, Will, Malcolm, Evan, David, Matt, and Kevin...and if I forgot someone it's not because they weren't memorable, blame it on my poor old memory. You all made our trip..as you do every time. We look forward to seeing you all as much as the reefs (if not more). Steven Miller (owner) it was nice to meet you as well. You have an awesome team and you treat them well, and it shows. Thanks for helping us make memories. We'll see you soon to make more!, Took wife and kids on snorkeling trip with Captain Hooks. Overall it was a stressful experience to snorkel with them. The dive masters and helpers on the boat were super nice, but the person driving the boat was obnoxious and continuously yelling. He spent a majority of the trip talking about himself. When we did get to snorkel, it was stressful because it was not clear who he was yelling at, so midway through the trip just tuned him out. In addition for all his bragging, on the second spot they anchored right on coral and damaged it. The actual snorkeling locations were nice and likewise with the coral and amount of fish. I would not use Captain Hooks again., Spent the morning snorkeling with Captain Will and his crew and it was amazing!! Our snorkel guide Tyler was great and the entire crew made the experience so fun and enjoyable! My daughters and I were so nervous and they were patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
