Michael and Staff were really nice and friendly! Went to the 2nd mile and beyond to give us the best Jetski experience I ever had before! He even took pictures of us while riding the Jetski, what an awesome guy! Definitely coming back for future travels!!! 100% recommended, Owners/staff were great. We had two 14 year old kids with us. The staff was fantastic with them! Showed them how to ride and then sent them on their way! Great experience. Great people. Great time!, We had a great time, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The jet ski's are of very good quality and very well maintained. The beginners they give an instruction to help you to get started. For the advanced drivers they have the option to get an very fast jet ski. We will definitely go back to this place. Highly recommend if you like to go jet skiing, The only reason I am leaving a one star is due to the contract employee. He was extremely rude + disrespectful while he instructed us on getting tests and forms completed. I’m pretty sure he was also racist because he said “in America we write first and last name in our signature”……mind you my family and I came from New York. I don’t throw around the word racist easily, but he made multiple remarks insinuating we were not from America. Dealing with this employee spoiled the experience for me and my family. Aside from this employee, our encounter with the rest of the team was very pleasant. They were very nice and got us on the skis and showed us into the water. Overall I recommend this business on days this particular contract employee is not working., Incredible place! So much fun and the owner is extremely friendly and such a nice guy. The jet skis are so nice and well maintained. We already had our PWC license so the process was fast. But if you don't have one, come early cause the lines get LONG. We got there before it opened so we were first in line. Amazing place! A must do if you're visiting the area!
