Best experience ever!!! I was trying to do our booking online and had questions to make sure I was booking the right service. When I called I received EXCELLENT customer service, ALL my questions were answered with kindness, patience, and respect. When we made it to the dock for jet skiing the guy that met up with us was also extremely kind, patient and helpful. He allowed my family to have a great time (they had the time of their lives) without being uptight. He was really cool and laid back and I must say best service we have ever received coming to Florida. Thank you guys for an awesome experience from beginning to end and don’t ever change. Much ❤️ the Louisiana fam ✌🏽, Went jet skiing with some friends, and we had an amazing time. The water had a Lotta fish, it was very fun, the jets skis were fast. The host gave us a little extra time. I will be coming back. I definitely recommend for friends and family, Great customer service fast response to any questions Friendly and courteous and respectful As for the experience highly recommend it Ask to go to lake Underhill that was a great location no one on the lake with us at the time plenty of space to hit top speed (49 miles on sport mode) once he breaks down some safety rules and the lakes rules witch are (don’t speed near the dock and don’t use other watercraft’s waves to get air ) your free to do as you please with the jet skis. It was my first time I had an amazing experience I would highly recommend this to every one. and I wouldn’t go to any one els but Artis rentals!!, **BE AWARE! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would!** This company charged us double for a service that was only for 1 hour. We were forced to use a single jet ski, unaware that we were being charged for two. The website's verbiage is completely inaccurate and does not properly explain what the business plans to charge you for. You’d think the instructor would explain these things to you. The first jet ski ran out of gas, and the second one had seaweed in it. Instead of charging us for one jet ski with two people, they charged us for two jet skis. We only used one and were never told we had the option to use two separate ones. The part-owner, Kesahn Artis, had a terrible attitude towards paying customers and treated us poorly when we voiced our frustrations about being charged double the next day. We have screenshots, emails, and recordings to support our claims. He refused to refund half of our money for a service we did not fully use, which was supposed to be for 2 hours. We are now in the process of pursuing legal action. I love supporting small businesses, but the customer service experience with Artis Rentals was disappointing, to say the least. Being yelled at by someone you’ve given your hard-earned money to is discouraging especially while on vacation. Thanks for ruining it., My family and I had such an amazing first time jet skiing experience with Artis. The instructor was very informative, patient, and overall just a great help!
