Their pictures were beautiful and their knowledge and where to go made the day so smooth. We had so much fun and enjoyed our day at the springs and on the river. I will definitely be bringing my family back soon! Cannot recommend them enough!, We had THE BEST time Rachelle and Craig paddle boarding at Silver Springs and Rainbow Springs. They were so down to earth I almost forgot I was on a tour and felt like we were just hanging with friends. They were so knowledgeable about the areas and it really shows how much they love what they do. They even took great pics and videos too! The paddle boards were very nice and comfy. Both trips were so relaxing and beautiful and I can’t wait to schedule another trip with them soon! Highly recommend!, There isn’t a way I can even describe how much I loved this tour and our guide, Carol! I was SO nervous about some of the wildlife, and Carol was so patient and kind with all of us. She was super informative and pointed out so many spectacular sights. Highlights— Gators and Manatees!, Book with Otter paddle!!! Tour sizes are smaller and more personal, not crowded and unmanageable. Communication was great. Rachelle and Craig were very kind and responsive to any and all questions, providing me with the best days and times for eat tour. Winter park (sunset tour) with Celia was a great first day trip after landing. She guided with ease and made the trip very relaxing and fun. Was not able to do bioluminescent tour (due to a series of rain storms diluting the visibility) so Craig reached out and switched us to Silver Springs tour, which was very kind ( with gift card refund for any difference). And it was honestly for the best! The Silver Springs tour was an all time excellent experience! Carol was incredible, knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does! From plants to animals, she could tell you everything. Overall experience was exactly what I wanted in my trip! I will be coming back and going out with Otter Paddle again! ( I NEED to do the bioluminescent tour!) Thank you guys for everything !, Silver Springs has been on my list for quite some time and we finally made it. Our time on the water was more than we could have dreamed of. Alligators, manatee's, fish, monkeys, birds, turtles, snakes, you name it and we experienced it. If you enjoy the wild, being on the water and seeing animals in their natural environment, don’t hesitate to book this tour. We had the BEST, most patient, knowledgeable and fun guide named Carol. She truly loves her job, loves nature and it shows. She made our morning one to remember forever.
