This company is a scam. They schedule you for a specific time and make you wait on the sun for at least half an hour. We bought 20 minutes banana boat and they only did 12. Their reason being they close at 4 after they already took our money. 58 $ pp for a 12 minute ride. What a scam. Don’t throw your money away. Also, the driver was on his phone the whole time and did not check once to see if everyone was onboard during the ride., Had a blast using there jet ski during spring break. My son and I did the 1/2 hour and for the price, it was definitely worth it! Will definitely use them again next time we hit vandy, Such an amazing experience! Very helpful! Staff even took off $5 of our fees for all of my friends. We all did banana boat twice because the driver was hilarious and very entertaining. I fell twice but couldn’t stop laughing. Definitely will be coming back and bring my family! All staff was extremely kind and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!!! So worth it!!!, Highly recommend parasailing here! We came as a group of five friends celebrating our 40th birthdays, and had the BEST TIME!! The staff was incredible, from Sam at the counter to Captain Mike and the friendly Caitlin. They explained everything in great detail and made it such a fun experience for our group. We are still smiling!, Service with a smile! This place is top notch! Took the family parasailing and had a BLAST. Both captain and crew were amazing and very knowledgeable. The Waverunners were fun too! Can’t say enough about the staff! We will be back!
