Second time we rent from Naples Bay Resort Boat Rentals. Great service at a good price, if youbgo boating a couple of times a year, this is the place. Obviously, it can get pricy if you go more than a couple of times. But the vessels are awesome: roomy, clean and fast..., Our family have rented boats at Naples Bay Resort Boat Rentals for many years. The last few years the fleet had been worn out. This year the fleet is new and in great shape. They have a great staff and well equipped store.The only issue I have is they charge a $100 late fee. We returned the boat 10 minutes after the designated return time. We were not informed of the late fee either before we rented or after. The fee was added to our invoice that was sent to us by email., Disappointed by staff, reserved a boat and was told upon arrival no boats were allowed out due to weather conditions. It did rain earlier but skies were clear. Clearly the supervisor was way to immature, staff was lazy (no boat was prepared for the day) and I'm certain the owner lost thousands. We drove 1 block and rented a great boat. We'll never go back!, Top Notch! We did the half day weekday special! The free valet met us at the drop off, the dock team unloaded our stuff and loaded the boat. Keewaydin island was a 45 min cruise and was amazing. Drop off was easy, no surprise charges, and they even helped unload. Why buy a boat when these guys treat you so well. We will be coming back again (no service like this in Miami). Full day rental next time for sure., The staff was great, very friendly and helped me (an extreme novice) feel comfortable. Taking a bout out on the water at Naples was one of the best experiences of my life. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone wanting to go on an adventure!
