We had a positive experience with Bayfront Boat Rentals. The Hurricane boat was clean and all amenities were in perfect condition. The introduction to the boat was thorough, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable boating experience. Full points!, Rented a deck boat here for my wife and grandparents for a half day on the water. Nick was incredibly accommodating and patient in conversing with the oldies and provided excellent customer service to us. We did have an issue with the fuse for the starter blowing while at keywaydin Island and needed seatow to come rescue is. Again, Nick provided great communication and support through the issue. We were told we would receive a 75% refund however were only credited a little over 50% back to my CC. That is the only reason I docked one star. The issue with the boat could happen to anyone and I was happy with how Nick handled it., I had a very good experience with Bayfront Rentals! My sister and I wanted to rent bikes to explore the town. When we arrived the gentlemen thoroughly explained the prices, the rules, etc. He allowed us to choose our bikes and even test them out. He was happy to put a basket on the one I wanted. We rented the bikes for a full day and had a blast! However, as the rainy weather moved in we decided to ride to our hotel to wait it out. Just as I pulled up my chain came loose and fell off! As we waited out the rain, I called the man at Bayfront Rentals to explain my situation. He did not hesitate to offer to bring me a different bike. Sure enough, just after the rain stopped he was at the front of my hotel with not one bike in this truck, but TWO bikes to choose from! He took the broken bike and allowed me to test out the two new bikes. He had such a kind and patient attitude. I really appreciated his effort to please the customer. I would definitely rent from Bayfront Rentals again!, I will rent the pontoon every time I’m in Naples. Boat, instruction, service from Nick was just great. The boat drive, keewadin island, shelling is amazing. Seen so many dolphins. This is a must do in Naples., We rented this boat for a half day rental. The boat was old and dirty. Upon arrival the attendant was very casual with the directions of operation. There was no marine radio on board, none of the instruments worked and the engine was easily swamped by the waves at idle speed. I do not usually write negative reviews but I feel this is a huge safety issue. The manager DID end up giving us a full refund for this rental and I am confident they will address these safety issues.
