We used the tandem clear kayaks for our shelling adventure and had the best time ever! The see through kayaks totally enhanced our already exemplary experience. We actually ran into Nick, a tour guide that was off that day while we were on our self-guided tour. He gave us great tips of where to find specific shells, taught my daughter about the specific shells she was finding, and just found him to have a wealth of knowledge, super helpful, and generous. We won’t ever forget our experience with Paddle Naples!, Tyler was an AWESOME guide! He knew the wildlife as well as history of the area. He never rushed us, was patient and kind. He went over and above in all ways! He was also kind enough to give us a great tip about a cool local place - ask him about the crab races :) I would have never found that hangout without his assistance. So well worth the money !!!! Equipment was decent and safe. Beautiful area too!, Paddle Naples is a family-run operation and is perfect for anyone who wants to kayak or paddle board. Located at an opening of a gorgeous flowing river covered by a beautiful green passageway; Nick + crew is sure to guide you along with fulfilling knowledge of the gulf coast creatures, critters, plants, and the rigorous flowing water. Check out the amazing white sands and artsy driftwood forts on Hickory Island. Indulge in the warmth of the sunshine, as Nick shows you the difference between an oyster and a clam. Make a wish on the seashell wishing tree and watch the schools of fish swim by in the crystal clear water. Make sure you have your eyes peeled for the beautiful dolphins and giagantic manatees. Tyler, Lauren and Nick were our guides and they were super knowledgeable about all of the different eco systems we encountered. It was very interesting to learn about what is in our backyard! We stopped at a beach for a little while and went swimming and shelling. Tyler even gave us a little shell info session while we were out there!
